A Perfect Day Around Udaipur's Lakes

Start before the city wakes
Leave the centre just after sunrise and make Fateh Sagar your first stop. The road is quiet, the light is soft and breakfast can wait until the first loop is done.
Take the long road to Badi
Ride north-west toward Badi Lake. It is an easy road, but slow down through village stretches and give animals plenty of room.
- Carry water.
- Keep your licence with you.
- Avoid riding after dark on unfamiliar rural roads.
Return by the old city
Come back in time for a late afternoon walk beside Lake Pichola. Park responsibly and finish the day on foot.
